Dan Schrock
My name is Dan Schrock, and I am
a sales associate with The Babon Group. I would like to start off by thanking
you for the time you are taking to get to know me and my colleagues. I speak for
everyone when I say that our interest is in your best interest. We are here to
make your experience in buying or selling a home go as smoothly as possible and
end with a smile.
I took my position with The Babon
Group in the early part of 2005. I chose the Babon Group over others because of
the level of professionalism and character that my coworkers possess. It’s
a friendly environment, and we all work as a team to make sure that all our customers
are satisfied.
I moved to Southwest Florida in
the summer of 2003. Young, motivated, and ambitious, I made it a point to do something
with my life that I would enjoy, have a passion for and be successful in. I know
that I made the right choice in real estate. Not only am I able to expand my knowledge
of the real estate market for my own interest, but I can also help the public
understand the real estate market so they can use it for their best interests.
I enjoy the great outdoors, which
is wonderful here in southwest Florida. If the activity involves nature, sun-tan
lotion, or a pick-up game, I am there. I also hold a part-time job that is actually
a part-time hobby - bartending. I meet a new patron everyday that has a different
personality. I can easily adapt to every individuals sense of humor, concern,
and reason of existence.
Buying a home is not only one
of the most difficult decisions that an individual will make, it is also one of
the smartest and safest decisions a person can make. The last thing that the associates
at the Babon Group want to do is push you into buying something that you are not
110% okay with, and for the sellers, we want your pocket to be full as possible
without giving you the run-around.
The Babon Group will service all
members of the public and future customers with acts of professionalism and sincerity.
I care about all my clients, neighbors, and the community that we reside in. If
there is anything that we can do for you, please give us a ring. Again, thank
you very much for your time, and have a wonderful day.
